For those of you interested in learning some of his many techniques, John is offering a “Mixed Media Techniques’ course at Edmonds Community College in Edmonds, Washington from October 9, 2014 to November 20, 2014.
Discover the wonderful world of mixed media art and learn a minimum of twenty mixed-media techniques. You will keep a working journal throughout the class for easy reference. Some of the techniques you will learn include how to use gelli plates, create art papers, utilize recycled materials and stencils. You will be able to use what you have created in a beautiful art collage.
